Swachh Bharat Mission's really a very good initiative by our government, but what we need to understand is that the work is being performed at the surface level only.
No one litters or spits in their own house but does it in public places, because its the human nature to favour his "Personal" space.
When people start treating public spaces the same way, problem gets solved itself!!
